Paige Saperstein has been an active member of the Florida legal community for over fifteen years. Ms. Saperstein began her distinguished career as an Assistant State Attorney for Miami Dade County, becoming a Division Chief litigating countless jury trials including violent assaults, armed robberies, sexual batteries, and homicides. After several years in that role, Ms. Saperstein transitioned to prosecuting high dollar figure fraud, theft, and complex economic crimes.

Upon entering the practice, Ms. Saperstein represented health care providers and hospitals, handling all aspects of litigation concerning a wide range of matters within medical malpractice and general liability disputes.  She routinely advised clients concerning Amendment 7 and is a subject matter expert in this particularly nuanced area of the law. Finally, Ms. Saperstein’s experience with medical malpractice litigation provides valuable insight into this highly specialized area of practice.
