Mr. Lawrence has litigated civil matters in Florida and Texas for nearly twenty years, with his practice spanning general liability, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, commercial disputes, construction disputes, and first-party insurance claims involving residential and commercial property, aircraft, watercraft, and motor vehicles. He has significant experience negotiating and resolving disputes at all stages of the legal process, from inception through trial. His experience representing both sides in all manner of litigated disputes now lends valuable insight and perspective to his practice as a neutral.
