Mr. Alvarez began his distinguished career as an associate at Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson LLP, quickly ascending to junior partner after less than three years at the firm. Mr. Alvarez handled premises liability matters, automobile negligence cases, general liability matters, and first party insurance matters. After five years, Mr. Alvarez began representing residential and commercial policyholders in disputes against their insurance companies. Over the last three years, Mr. Alvarez has primarily served as trial counsel for numerous attorneys throughout South Florida. Mr. Alvarez’ extensive experience on the plaintiffs and defense side of various matters gives him a unique perspective in evaluating and resolving disputes.
