Ms. Brigman brings to the table extensive experience in settling disputes at every stage of the legal process, from pre-suit through trial and appeal.  She began her career litigating general liability and construction defect matters, later concentrating her practice on first-party property claims.  Over the past decade, Ms. Brigman has represented business owners and insurance carriers, served as Chief Litigation Counsel for a major Florida property insurer, and more recently, has successfully advocated and resolved numerous cases on behalf of policy holders.  This considerable and varied experience provides invaluable insight for the next stage of her career as a neutral.
